May 21 news: The Wuling Bingo Pro will go on sale tomorrow (May 22). Positioned between the Bingo and Bingo S, the Bingo Pro features a five-seat layout and offers a maximum CLTC range of 403 km.

In terms of exterior, the Wuling Bingo Pro continues the series' rounded and cute design language, with "cute-eye" headlights paired with three-segment daytime running lights inside, a retro-styled front hood, and a two-tone body design that adds a stronger sense of fashion. The side of the new car is equipped with 16-inch petal-style wheels and semi-hidden door handles, while the taillight group has a rounded rectangular shape. The body dimensions are 4050/1758/1580 mm in length, width, and height respectively, with a wheelbase of 2560 mm.

In terms of interior, the new car is equipped with a narrow-strip LCD instrument cluster and a 12.8-inch central control screen. The Ling OS intelligent voice system supports AI voice wake-free operation, CarPlay/CarLife phone connectivity, and other functions. Standard features include ESC electronic stability control, tire pressure monitoring, reversing camera, and hill-start assist. Comfort features include an electric tailgate, rear air conditioning vents, a 6-speaker audio system, and wireless phone charging.

In terms of power, the Bingo Pro adopts front-mounted single-motor drive, with a maximum motor power of 65 kW. The lithium iron phosphate battery pack is available in two capacities, 31.9 kWh and 37.9 kWh, corresponding to CLTC ranges of 330 km and 403 km respectively. The entire lineup supports DC fast charging, which can charge the battery from 30% to 80% in 15 minutes, and also supports a 3.3 kW external discharge function.

Dada review: Small urban commuter cars have always been seen as having "sparse equipment and short range." The Wuling Bingo Pro breaks this mold for entry-level commuter cars by raising the range directly to 403 km, meaning daily use requires only one charge per week. The interior space utilization rate is as high as 84.8%, with front and rear legroom superior to that of the same class. The trunk offers 350 L and the front trunk 30 L, and charging efficiency also leads the class. The interior of the Wuling Bingo Pro uses extensive soft-touch wrapping and comes standard with ESC, Autohold, and a 540° panoramic camera system, delivering class-transcending equipment. The main competitors of the Wuling Bingo Pro are the BYD Seagull and the Geely Xingyuan. The BYD Seagull's advantages lie in its blade battery, brand strength, and resale value, while the rear-wheel-drive Geely Xingyuan offers stronger handling but falls short of the Bingo Pro in fast-charging capability. The Wuling Bingo Pro is expected to become another hit after the Hongguang MINI EV, with estimated monthly sales reaching 10,000 units, quickly entering the first tier of the A0 segment and becoming the "new favorite" in the 60,000 yuan price range.
